Enjoy our green cocktail and mocktail while watching your favourite episode of Sherlock.  

Moriarty’s Mean & Green Grasshopper (serves 2) 

What you’ll need:  

• 50ml double cream  
• 50ml crème de menthe/mint liqueur  
• 50ml crème de cacao/white or dark chocolate liqueur  
• Ice  

Method:  

1. Add all the ingredients to a shaker and shake hard.  
2. Strain them out into your favourite glass and enjoy.

IOU Apple Mojito (serves 2)

What you’ll need:  

• A handful of mint leaves 
• 3 tbsp golden caster sugar 
• 60ml lime juice  
• 180ml apple juice  
• Lemonade to top up  
• Ice 

Method:  

1. Place the mint, sugar and lime juice in a jug and muddle together using the end of a rolling pin or spoon. Divide equally into 2 glasses filled with ice.  
2. Pour over the apple juice and top up with lemonade  
3. Garnish with a wedge of lime and enjoy!
